ROLF METHOD OF ROLF STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION

The Ida Rolf method of Structural Integration is a hands-on modality, similar to massage, that lengthens the fascia within the body.  Fascia is a web-like fabric, that when restricted, causes lack of movement, dis-ease, and eventually pain.

Dr. Ida Rolf, founder of Structural Integration, or "Rolfing", created the modality to bring space and verticality back to the body, allowing the person to live and move with less effort and greater grace.  Stacking the body correctly upon itself offers length, open-ness, and space often missing in bodies contracted by gravity, injury, and poor posture.

Dr. Rolf created the 10-series, a logical progression of sessions that opens, balances and restores the body, allowing the outer armor to dissolve, and the true spirit within to shine.
